Returns/refunds
Return Policy Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be made to the method you used for payment.
Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.
Sale and promotional items are excluded and normal return/exchange policies apply.
We accept order cancellations before processing the item. If you cancel your order at that time, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order if the item has already been shipped.
Return/Exchange Terms All items must be returned in their original sold condition, unworn, washed, or altered, and all tags must be still attached.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
All items must be returned in one package.
Return/exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original shipment.
We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, orders shipped to the US must be returned from the US.
Customized items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
Of course, defective products can be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept returns/exchanges if the item shows signs of use or has been altered from its original condition.
We will notify you if your refund/exchange is refused. In that case, you may choose to have the item shipped to you at your own expense.
How do I return an item or an entire order?
Step 1: Contact our Customer service team with the following information to begin the return process:
Order number Proof of purchase Video or photo of the defective product Step 2: Return the receipt to the original packaging and include it with the product.
Step 3: After the courier confirms your return, close the package tightly and return it to the courier.
For refund returns, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment. elycea does not refund shipping charges for returns.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days, depending on peak times, for your return to be processed. If the return does not meet the above conditions, the package will be shipped back to you at your own expense. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
